This modern and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment (72 m²) is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building, right on the edge of a small grove—ideal for relaxing. Enjoy your breakfast on the large south-facing balcony, complete with patio furniture and a parasol. The charming town center of Zinnowitz is still just a few minutes away.
The bright, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet.
In the living room, you’ll find a cozy seating area (which converts into a bed for 1 adult or 2 children up to about 14 years old), a TV, and a radio, as well as an open kitchen with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchenette offers everything you need for your vacation: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more.
A small connecting room with a second seating area (which can also be used as a bed), a TV, and access to the balcony leads to the bedroom with a high-quality, electrically adjustable double bed and a large wardrobe.
Linen packages (bed linens & towels) can be booked for an additional fee.
Up to two travel cribs (for children up to 3 years old) and two high chairs are available for a fee. Please bring your own bedding for the travel crib.
A parking space is located directly at the house. For a second vehicle, you can park along the street.
