Vintage was a good description. House was very roomy for 5 people. Beds were comfortable and overall house was clean. Large hot tub was nice. Location was centrally located for exploring the Denver and Rocky Mountain areas.

Super cute house but not super clean. Downstairs apartment was a very nice but separate space, which can both be good and bad. Great bathroom and shower. I don't think there was any AC/HVAC to that area. Provided fan helped. There were some windows without coverings in that space wich was a bit unnerving at night. Really fast and friendly communication from host. Nice quiet neighborhood. One backyard neighbor mentioned a floodlight was shining on them all night; we were unaware and shut it off immediately. Would have given five stars if cleaner.
