On the upper level, the living room is adorned with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, featuring polished wood, weathered beams, and gleaming parquet floors. Luxurious furnishings, including a chiseled sideboard, an upright piano, and a sparkling chandelier, enhance the refined aesthetic. The wooden dining room, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, opens directly onto a spacious terrace with ocean views.
The terrace, offering a breathtaking view, is equipped with a comfortable lounge area under a pergola and an al fresco dining space.
