As you enter this 6-bedroom house you will find Master bedroom with king size bed on ground floor with attached full bathroom features gorgeous standing tile shower and TV. Upstairs have 5 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms have king size beds. 4th bedroom is Bunk bedroom contains 2 queen size mattresses. 5 and 6th bedrooms are themed bedroom with 2 full size beds in each bedroom. TV is available in all 6 bedrooms for ongoing entertainment.

The heater is set to optimal heating temperature, its recommended not to alter temperature for preservation of pool chemicals. It takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature especially in colder and rainy seasons. Pool Spa/Jacuzzi is not a hot tub (Hot tub is electric heating) and it doesn't get heated instantly high like electric hot tub.
BBQ Grill: Available for use, please fill up/exchange propane at your own cost, nearby 7/11 is 2 miles from house.
Pet: Max 1 pet of less than 30 lbs allowed for pet fee of $75 per pet.

We enjoyed the two living rooms, game room, and the way the house is designed. It has plenty of room for 12 people. Bathrooms are connected to every bedroom, and a tv is every bedroom. The AC worked amazingly, and we were never uncomfortable with the temperature in the house. The house was very clean, and it is in a good neighborhood. Great place to stay.

The house was very nice and neat. Great location in Solara Resort. My only issue was with the upstairs bedroom beside the loft. The legs at the head of the bed were broken causing the bed to lean downward. When I inquired about it, I was told to send pictures. I was told someone would come out and fix it. They couldn’t come at the time I needed them to as to not inconvenience me and my group and I didn’t feel comfortable with them in the house and we not there. I asked for a discount off the price several times and nothing was said. I find it odd that no one addressed it before we arrived and to top that off Nick told me that was the way the bed was constructed. I told him it didn’t look like that on the website.Other than not fixing that issue we had a great time for my daughter’s birthday.If you stay at this house make sure to thoroughly inspect it.
