Bella Vista is one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Santo Domingo, near pretty much everything.
Enjoy easy access to downtown Santo Domingo, shops, many restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
This part of Bella Vista is close to the city center, near it all, you have shops, plazas and restaurants at walking distance or just a short taxi ride away. The condo has one secured parking space.
No parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; loudspeakers are prohibited.
Occupancy limit: 2 guests.
Unregistered guests will lead to eviction.
No visitors are allowed.
Passport or drivers license photos are required before arrival.
Lost/damaged remote fee: $100; keycard fee: $200 each.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Replacement fee for damaged or stained linens: $30 per item.
No illegal drugs or hookah on the property; violators will be evicted. Hookahs or loudspeakers found will be returned at checkout.
Smoking fee: $200.
Extra cleaning fee if left excessively dirty (e.g., dirty pots, trash overflow, stains).
Late check-out fee: $50 after 30 min; full day charge after 2 hours.
Reporting issues gives permission to enter and make necessary repairs or cleaning without further notice.
Violation of these rules may result in cancellation and removal without refunds.

Awesome condo hotel. The only problems I experienced were in the apartment - bugs in the kitchen and shower. The shower water temperature is difficult to control, and the flushing mechanism in the toilet forces you intermittently to lift the lid on the toilet to flush. The sofa along with the cushions looked shabby, worn and old. The power outlet locations (exception bedroom) were limited and not well located. Very little counter space in the kitchen to cook. Regardless of the negatives, the place overall is incredibly pleasant due to the building and views of the city. Lastly, Edward responded to my emails promptly which was helpful overcoming the problems.
