Moonlit Suites Hotel

My intention was to stay for a week but ended up staying about a month. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come bac again. All staff at front and cleaning were kind and helpful. Especially Dang from front desk, Thank you to all!

I stayed here for just over a month, and unfortunately my experience ended on a very disappointing note. Before checking out, I asked if I could have a late checkout until 6:00 PM because my bus wasn’t leaving until 8:00 PM. Reception told me there would be a 50% charge for the late checkout, which I thought was perfectly fair, so I agreed. However, at around 4:00 PM, staff started knocking on my door asking if I was leaving. Then I received a WhatsApp message from reception saying they had changed their minds and were now charging me the full nightly rate because the cleaning staff finished at 4:30 PM and they wouldn’t be able to clean the room. What made this especially frustrating was that during my four-week stay, my room was cleaned only about five times. Most of the time nothing was replenished or cleaned unless I specifically asked. So being told they suddenly needed to charge me a full night’s rate because they couldn’t clean the room felt extremely cheeky and inconsistent. The facilities may seem attractive at first, but the service and attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Poor service, poor communication, and a disappointing way to treat a long-term guest.

Wifi goes down multiple times a day... inconsistent speeds low bandwidth and they haven't made any attempts to remedy the issue in over 2 weeks. Routers in the room but connected to nothing. Can stream tv or video chat or work reliably. Voice gets disconnected often.

The room was very nice, however, things like dish soap, tea towels and spoons were missing. It's not too far from the old quarter, about 15 mins by car.
