About this house rental
Penthouse Condo in Puerto Rico's favorite family resort complex with pools, water slides, tennis, basketball, clubhouse & controlled access to beach. Condo Management strictly enforces a maximum of 8 people - no additional guests/visitors possible.
Air Conditioning is only in the bedrooms in this condo. The rest of the condo is an open balcony to the living room which makes air-conditioning in this space impractical.
Beach penthouse with a nice ocean view and very few steps from beach water. Apartment has a third level with a family room and a private terrace.
Guest access
The condo complex requires wristbands to be worn when using the resort facilities. All guests must have a bracelet issued by the condo to use the facilities.
Please provide the names of everyone in your group in advance so we can have the bracelets ready for you.
The condo management is now strictly enforcing a maximum of 8 people per condo - including babies. This means that if you already have 8 people in your group, you can not invite friends or family to the resort. If you only have 4 people staying in your group, you could invite 4 additional friends/family but would have to get bracelets for them.
Condo management has a 'no exceptions' policy - so please do not book this condo if you have more than 8 guests or if vacation plans involve inviting local friends or family to the condo. If the condo administration asks you to vacate the condo for not following the rules - there will be no refund.
Mandatory $12 per person, per stay, apartment complex bracelet fee, payable at check-in.

The host Yvonne had great communication from when we booked the trip until all the final details were arranged when we got home. The view was amazing! The plants and trees were beautiful. The beach had the softest sand. Our family had a very memorable trip.

We were extremely satisfied with the property, the location and most of all our hostess Yvonne. She was extremely accommodating and when the island went through a complete blackout she made sure that we were all set with everything we needed, to get us through that time period. We couldn't have asked for a better hostess. We plan on returning to the same unit in near future. night.

Great view, nice patio on roof.Condo could use more kitchen items..like a cookie sheet, cake pan, food storage, spoons, grill spatula. Things to make cooking in a bit easier.spatula
