This property was a perfect stay for our group and family for our son’s senior year spring break. Right at the beach, walking distance to anything we need, friendly staff, nice, clean room with plenty of space that felt like home away from home!! Would stay here again without hesitation!

PCB is just crowded with too many people in one place. This isn't the property's issue - just how it is. The condo/property was fine. Not dirty, but just well loved. Elevator wait was pretty bad. Overall, if you're forced to go to PCB (which I imagine is more of a punishment rather than vacation) this place is ok. I imagine it's only moderately overpriced compared to the other 100 high rise condos on the beach. Also, if you are going to go, make sure you drive your lifted pickup truck, otherwise you'll feel out of place. Maintenance showing up without letting us know (for an issue we didn't report), waiting outside while I finished getting ready and then just leaving without addressing the problem they so eagerly came to fix was the most Florida-thing you can imagine. Overall - meh. So, for PCB - this is a win! Can't recommend enough!
