Cute 1940's style home located in the flats near Soritch Park, one mile from the downtown nightlife of both San Anselmo and Fairfax. Cozy 4 bedroom with 2 baths. The pool temperature is set at 85. Gas BBQ, gas fireplace, two TVs and WIFI. Sonos sound system poolside. Excellent hiking and Biking. Quiet Neighborhood not for loud parties. 5 Night Minimum-10% Weekly Discount.
