This charming first-floor apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families or small groups. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed for two extra guests and opens onto a sun-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The open, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is peacefully located in a green setting, within a pleasant holiday domain with an outdoor swimming pool. The pool is open from the end of May to September 15, daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
