The apartment, of 60 square meters, perfectly furnished, has:
Large air-conditioned room, used as a relaxation area, with sofas and a 42-inch TV, easily convertible into a bedroom, with two double beds and one single bed, a fully functional fireplace, gas central heating, secure parking inside the building, wfi free, bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils and free bicycles.
Complete modern kitchen, equipped with all comforts, with electric oven.

Equipped terrace of 200 square meters, with a panoramic view of the charming historic city center.
The apartment is located in a strategic position, just 15 km from Gallipoli, Lecce and Porto Cesareo. The house is located in the heart of the city of Nardò, in one of the most culturally alive and full of opportunities areas. Nearby, you can easily find supermarkets, bars, pubs, pizzerias, pastry shops and restaurants, where you can enjoy excellent local dishes (further directions and advice will be provided upon arrival).
A few meters from Piazza Salandra, the baroque heart of the city, rich in churches, chapels, palaces and architectural details, you can breathe the atmosphere of the Salento summers with the various festivals and food and wine tours.
About 5 km from the Ionian coast, in the enchanting marine of S. Catherine and S. Maria al Bagno, as well as in the natural park of Porto Selvaggio, it will be possible to admire wonderful landscapes and cliffs overlooking the sea, as well as dive into the crystal clear waters or relax on the equipped beaches.

Io e i miei figli abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 15 al 22 luglio2017. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, spazioso, pulito a pochi passi dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, e dalle splendide spiagge distanti pochi km.
Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci poteva servire : supermercati, panetterie, fruttivendoli, bancomat sotto casa, farmacia.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa, la sig. Adele ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta e dei dolci tipici salentini, dei succhi di frutta, una bottiglia di vino ed il loro olio a disposizione.
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana e cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare la sig. Adele per la sua disponibilità e la continua attenzione nei nostri confronti. Grazie !!!

I loved staying at Adele's property in Nardo'. Here entire family was so gracious and helpful and the apartment was spacious and very well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen were very modernized and well equipped. I was greeted with thoughtful touches such as beverages and snacks. The large terrace is so beautiful and the views are great! I love that it is only a 2 minute walk to the Centro Storico. I highly recommend their place, especially for families. It is also easy to drive to the sea. Very nice property and family!
