The home is 29 miles (approx 30-minute drive) from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located inside the Championsgate Resort community. Driving times vary depending on the time of day, so it’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this rental.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater here in Florida only works when the temperature is 50°F or higher.
- BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.

Code did not work for entry but angel our host took care of it fast !! Game room was disappoointkng as most of the games were broke or missing parts , garbage pick up could be better such as allowance of bags with a big family , pool room was great !! Enough sleeping space and rooms were nice ! Overall good experience - stayed 7 nights

Overall rating reduced to 4 as we had an odor source that couldn’t be located. Also why cleanliness rating was reduced. Check in process reduced to a 4 because our entry door code would not allow us in. Had to enter through the garage the first day. Angel our property host was extremely responsive. Always responded within minutes. The property location was great. We could walk to the community center pool area. Very nice facility for the kids. Our pool was heated to a very warm temperature. Overall stay was pleasant as I would recommend this property!
