All this while staying comfortably at the charming Villa Mia—a villa located at number 49, 5 km from Palermo Airport and 150 meters from the sea. A true 1970s-style villa with its functional vintage furnishings. Entirely on the first floor, it features a separate entrance leading to a large, inviting patio complete with garden furniture and a swing. Inside, there is a large living room with a fireplace (for heating, use the heat pump and electric heater) and an adjacent kitchen area equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and air fryer. Refrigerator and freezer compartment. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower and an 80-liter electric water heater for hot water. Large backyard with an outdoor kitchen, sink, and barbecue.

Inside, there is a large living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds—and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with fans. Emergency kit and fire extinguishers are provided. The kitchen opens onto a large patio furnished with armchairs and a dining table. Finally, there is a barbecue area under a canopy. The property is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
Completely independent with access from the street at Via Nettuno 49 and on-street parking. Coming from Palermo Airport (5 km) or Trapani Airport (80 km), take the Marina di Cinisi exit and follow Via Piraineto (1 km) until you reach the intersection with Via Nettuno. The villa is located 600 meters further on the right.

A family-friendly and relaxing setting, with a grocery store and a bus to Carini just 600 meters away. The beach is easily accessible, with a pebble beach 200 meters away and rocky shores 150 meters away. Beach gear is provided. A women’s bicycle with a basket is available for getting around.
Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet; use the designated trash can instead.
