    Beautiful place, done-style rooms nestled in natural beauty covered with trees and all sorts of plants. Very clean. Food was delicious too. We went with our 4- month-old baby and it's quite comfortable to go with kids. Two days went by like a breeze. Very good stay. I highly recommend it.

    Pros: This property is well-suited for travelers who enjoy being surrounded by nature and prefer a peaceful stay away from the distractions of the outside world. Cons: Reaching the property can be challenging, as the access road is steep, narrow, and in poor condition. While the staff were courteous and friendly, the overall service lacked professionalism. Our dinner order was taken well before check-in, and we were informed that it would be ready by 8:30 PM. We requested that at least one dish be prepared earlier for the children, and although the staff said they would try, there was no follow-up. When we called at 8:30 PM to check on the status, we were told the food was being prepared and that someone would call us back. We also asked if the meal could be delivered to the room, but were informed that room service was not available. Unfortunately, the promised callback never came. By 10:00 PM, we visited the restaurant to inquire about the delay, which led to an unpleasant exchange, and we returned to our room without dinner. Around 10:40 PM, we finally received a call apologizing for the delay and informing us that the food was ready and could be delivered to our room. Since we did not want the food to go to waste, we accepted it despite the very late hour. It was really frustrating as after paying a good amount of money for the stay, it is the hotel who dictates at what time we should have our food The following morning, we requested an iron box, but none was available. The room does not have a television. Given the rainy weather during our stay, which limited outdoor activities, the absence of a TV made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was very poor and unreliable. Overall a really forgettable experience.
