The amenities continue with an outdoor firepit, outdoor shower, and a shaded outdoor lounge and dining area. Swaying palm trees, a citrus grove, sloping butterfly rooflines, and 120-degree uninterrupted mountain views all add to the magic of this very special property.
Built by famed Midcentury developer Jack Meiselman in 1959, and remodeled and expanded in 2024, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath boasts an open concept, 2,000+ square foot floor plan, with post and beam ceilings, and breeze block design elements.
The fully remodeled galley kitchen has stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with grill-top, and is well-stocked with everything you’ll need to make meals. We loved staying at this luxurious, recently renovated, and beautifully appointed mid-century modern home. The pool, grounds and gardens were impeccably kept, a real oasis on a quiet street. The furnishings were tasteful. It had all the kitchen utensils, bedding, and other supplies we might need. At three bedrooms and three bathrooms it was very spacious for our family. It was only a five-minute drive or less to Palm Canyon Drive, where there were lots of restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores were close too. The management company was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We couldn’t believe how we lucked out with this home.
