About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home, a spacious and comfortable 3 bed-1.5 bath located a quick walk from ND Stadium, Eddy Street, and Trader Joe's! We're able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and offer 8 separate beds so you can spread out. Our home is the perfect choice for groups visiting for a football game, sports camp, ND event, family gathering, business trip, or South Bend adventure. Enjoy modern amenities, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Book today!
The space:
When you step inside, you'll have your breath taken away by the vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating. The living room features a flat-screen smart TV (no cable, log in with your own credentials), perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring campus and the city.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for your group. It even comes with color-changing lights, so you can choose your mood while cooking/eating!
Our three spacious bedrooms are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Two bedrooms feature a comfortable queen bed and large closet to store your possessions during your stay. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (2 twin beds total) and a large closet, with ample headspace on each level.
To accommodate even larger groups, we have two queen-sized air mattresses (though we wouldn't blame you if you thought the couches were too comfortable to leave!) and a bunk futon in the basement (twin bed on top of a full-sized futon). Each bedroom features nightstands with built-in cell phone chargers for the utmost convenience.
Having one full and one half bathroom ensures that everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day.
Our favorite feature of this house is the basement - we have a projector (bring your own laptop to connect!) and screen with surround sound for those seeking a more intense game/show/movie watching experience. But don't let this entertainment experience interrupt your relaxation, with our beanbag and papasan chairs allowing for even the most intense sports fan to kick back their way. A poker table sits off to the side of the space, so you can play while watching. The foosball and air hockey tables also allow everybody to blow off their own competitive steam.

- If you need any baby gear during your stay, it can be rented and delivered to the home via BabyQuip.
- If you are a breastfeeding mom and will need to ship breastmilk anywhere, we would recommend checking out Milk Stork.
