Exceptional property, recently remodeled and very well appointed. Close to downtown and the brewery, but quiet every night. Was easy to walk all the way through town. Bed was comfortable, lots of windows to open for fresh air and ceiling fans in each room. Shower is great for taller people, nearly floor to ceiling sliding glass door and higher shower head, which is also a magnetic, detachable hand held. Well appointed kitchen, very clean fridge, both a regular coffeemaker and a small individual coffeemaker. Air purifier, a table with fold-out leaf for more seating, and a full size washer/dryer. Fenced area for pets, didn't have an opportunity to try out the hot tub, but it's also another great feature. The only negative I can think of is the lack of a bathroom vanity for easy hair and makeup, and toiletry set up. Otherwise, this is a great property.

We chose this house because of the hottub we have been to phillipsburg many times but never stayed in town. And we always sapphire at gem mountain and do crystal park digging all day hard on the back so we knew we need a hottub! This property meet everything we needed! Very clean excellent communication this property has it all!
