There is room for 8 people to enjoy all that Gowrie has to offer: golfing, bike trail that is newly constructed, swimming pool for summer months, snowmobile groomed trails in the winter! This property is ideal to walk dogs & let kids explore nature! It has 5 acres of aronia berry bushes planted on it which attracts deer and everything Iowa animal lovers want to see!!
