Orpheus is a tastefully renovated boutique hotel of a church school from the 13th century. It is located in the historical Old City of Urfa and it is within walking distance of the local antiquities and museums. The hotel is well appointed and has comfortable rooms.
There are various dining options and local shopping available nearby. It does come with parking - a rarity in that part of Urfa. A typical Turkish breakfast of local cheeses, preserves, eggs, and fruits is served in the mornings. The staff is attentive and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Muslum Bey, who provided us with recommendations for dining and sightseeing.
We highly recommend Orpheus Hotel for an unforgettable stay in a historic building.

Absolutely hidden little gem.
This entire area was welcoming and the hotel was amazing. Wish we had more time here.
