The St. Regis Aruba Resort

We stayed at The St. Regis Aruba from April 11–17, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was excellent, the resort was spotless, and the attention to detail truly stood out—but most importantly, the service went above and beyond. Diego’s thoughtfulness in arranging a surprise gift for my son’s 7th birthday meant so much to us. We’re incredibly grateful for the effort he put into making my son’s special day even more memorable. Blanca at Eskama restaurant was warm and welcoming, providing wonderful service throughout, and Jessica went out of her way to find vanilla ice cream for the boys—which they absolutely loved. York, whom we saw throughout most of our stay, made a lasting impression. He consistently checked in on us, ensured we had everything we needed, and always followed up promptly. He is young, bright, and genuinely caring, and he connected so naturally with our whole family. His attentiveness, kindness, and constant smile made our stay even more special. During our trip, my son had a minor accident that required a visit to the ER. The lobby supervisor—whose name I believe starts with M—was incredibly supportive. She stayed with us, called the first aid responder immediately, arranged transportation to and from the hospital, and checked in on us once we returned. Her attentiveness and genuine care meant so much to our family, and we truly appreciated her being there during a stressful moment.
