    The hotel is truly high-end, with incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff. The rooms are absolutely fantastic, the pool is excellent, and the small gym is also very well equipped. Highly recommended, especially considering the great value for money, you get an amazing experience for a surprisingly low price.

    Managed to secure a fantastic deal during a promotion for a two bed room apartment with pool. The living area was large and certainly more than enough space to chill and enjoy the private pool. Staff were extremely helpful, even with minor defects. Staff manning the bar on the roof top pool was also so friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requests. Apartment was very clean. Kitchenette was nice and modern but in all honesty we didn’t have to use it because of the options of good food all over Phuket. While the hotel was some distance from many F& B and shopping areas, getting a Grab was easy and affordable. The construction works (which commenced in August 2026) on the main trunk road near the hotel did however create a lot of frustration and delays for us and the Grab drivers 🙁. Hopefully , once the road works are down, the traffic situation will improve.

    Quiet area quite far from the airport and central Phuket anyway close to nice beaches. Rooms very spacious and clean.staff super friendly and helpful. A good choice for families.to reccomend

    Definitely not a 5-star hotel. We usually stay in 4–5 star hotels across Thailand, and this one feels like a 4-star at best. The location isn’t ideal. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but getting anywhere else requires either a 20-minute walk or paying around 400–500 baht for taxis each time, which adds up quickly. Reception staff were okay, but not as warm or welcoming as we’ve experienced elsewhere in Thailand. Unfortunately, the restaurant was also disappointing — both the food quality and breakfast selection were below expectations. For a “bistro” restaurant, the choice was very limited, especially considering breakfast costs 600 baht for two people. One major issue we faced was ants in the kitchen area. Despite clearing them, they kept returning. When we informed reception, the issue didn’t seem to be taken seriously. Another odd point was the lack of bins — there were only bins in the bathroom, with none in the bedroom or kitchen, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. Also worth noting: there are no phones in the rooms. Everything has to be ordered via an app or live chat, which may not suit everyone. We’ve actually stayed at a 4-star hotel in Thailand with slightly outdated rooms, but the staff and location there were far better — and overall, we preferred that experience to this one. On the positive side, the rooms are modern, spacious, and well-designed — plenty of space for two people. The view from the swimming pool is beautiful and definitely the highlight of the hotel. The 4th floor, with the pool and projector movie screen, is easily the best feature. However, it can get busy, and there are only around 20 seats directly in front of the pool. There are additional seating areas to the sides, though, so it’s manageable. Overall, we would only consider returning for the pool view — otherwise, it didn’t meet our expectations for a 5-star stay.
