What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by.

We did not expect to find such a peaceful place so close to Los Angeles, with lovely hiking at walking distance. Good coffeeshops and market within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had all that was necessary plus it offered privacy to each of the guests in our party. The view from the balcony was pleasing and we could do birding sitting right at the door having morning coffee. The hike to eagle rock has a very enjoyable botanical biodiversity and the rock formations were very tempting to climb with metamorphic rock walls. This is a place we dream of living at. Very attentive host and good communication and organization. We left rested and thankful. .

House was clean, good beds, hot water, great view. Terrible pot holes up road to house- could damage a car if not careful.
