You can’t beat picking up your skis from your private 1st floor ski locker, with access to trail right outside the building, and being able to ski right back to the same place.
This warm, bright, immaculate and updated third floor unit has an open floor plan and features unforgettable views of the ski slopes and the Yampa Valley.
After a day on the mountain, relax on the comfortable sofa or big chair, next to the gas fireplace and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV and take in the incredible vistas.
The open living area also includes a nice dining table with seating for 4, perfect for a family or two couples.
The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal.
Enjoy a beverage on the covered balcony accessible off the living area
The master bedroom has a comfy, king sized bed and plenty of storage with both a dresser and a closet and the same great views.
The full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower and tub combo.

The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful and responsive! I recommend bringing an extra towel for the hot tub though, as they can be short sometimes.

This is an amazing property for a family. Very close to the slopes. It’s not a short walk, especially in cold harsh weather but they have shuttle service to go around. However we had our on car so it was easy to get around. One thing that I really had an issue with is, finding the entrance to the apartment from the parking lot. It’s not obvious.

Please advertise the facts/truth ... its a nice place but NOT ski-in, ski-out; and the view is of other condos and a parking lot
