Brilliant location, literally 50 metres from Riccarton Mall but protected from the road noise by a line of properties in front.
Very well-appointed downstairs with a grassed patio outside. Modern and clean
this is the second time I have stayed here, and as I commented the first time, the upstairs needs aircon. Even with a fan and the windows open, it is just too hot, particularly as we head into summer. I really like the property, but I will not stay here during the summer months. Please put in aircon upstairs just like you have downstairs

Excellent location, across the road from Riccarton Mall, but not on Riccarton Road. Very clean and modern. very well appointed with a small, very sunny courtyard,
the apartment was excellent, and had aircon downstairs. However, because the place is so very sunny, the upstairs will be very warm during the summer months. Yes, it has fans upstairs, but it is already starting to warm up, upstairs

Beds and pillows super comfortable. Warm and safe. Brand new and so clean. Quality kitchen stuff.
Car park space was too tight to turn my large car into or even reverse in. Had to park on the street.
