The only thing that was sad was that the old air-conditioning was still on the balcony and no table or shares to sit on the balcony

Расположение отличное, недалеко от аэропорта и рядом с нужными локациями. В целом квартира отличная, со всем необходимым(правда рабочая только одна нагревательная поверхность из двух), вода, кофе, посуда, зубные щётки, фен, утюг, все есть. чисто, уютно, интернет с нормальной скоростью, жить можно.
27 этаж, далековато от бассейна, который на улице, около другой башни. Наличие насекомых(при заселении нас встретил таракан, один, больше не выходили), требуется профилактика сантехники, но не критично(капало из под бачка унитаза и у раковины пришлось пробивать засор), надеюсь хозяин это исправит.
