La ubicación y el parking. La limpieza del apartamento. La cercanía a la estación de tren
Había estado anteriormente en ese edificio pero en el bajos, no sabía que los pisos de arriba se alquilaban y mi sorpresa al llegar fue que era un primer piso sin ascensor y con escaleras de madera no muy cómodas para subir y menos con la carga de maletas.
