La ubicación y la comodidad, es un piso agradable
El principal problema fue con la puerta del piso, que funciona mediante un acceso automático a través de un enlace. En varias ocasiones no se podía cerrar correctamente, lo que nos obligó a avisar repetidamente, ya que al salir el piso quedaba abierto. Finalmente, enviaron a un técnico que confirmó que el sistema de cierre estaba desconfigurado y lo solucionó.
También hubo un incidente con las duchas: una vecina del piso inferior nos avisó de que se le estaba filtrando agua en su baño. Tras la revisión de un técnico, se comprobó que una de las duchas tenía un problema, por lo que no pudimos utilizarla.

Big apartment with a lot of natural light. It looks very new and freshly renovated.
Looks like the agency didn’t really care to make the house ready for the arrival of the guests. First of all, the climate system was still set to heating even with 33° outside. We tried setting it to cool mode but it was so hot that the AC couldn’t fresh it much.
Also, the hot water was not working on our arrival, so we had to call maintenance and we couldn’t shower on our first day of stay here. I tried messaging the agency via Booking but they didn’t reply often.
