Extremely well presented apartment with quality furnishings. Everything you need in a excellent condition. Balcony looking overlooking pool and gardens, which are very clean and well kept.
Security around premises is good. Small shop under adjacent tower for daily needs.
Swimming pool ₽200 per day
Location wise, no malls or parks within walking distance as surrounded by main roads. Grab taxi's are always nearby and cheap for any journeys.

Accessible to all stores and resto
The pool area, guest are only allowed from monday-wednesday. Weekends is for tenants. The problem is are off duty/ restdays fall on weekends.

We like everything about this place. Very accommodating host, accessible location, hassle-free check-in (with smart-lock/keyless), the place is clean, complete appliances and whatever you may need, strong wifi connection (netflix does not lag), nice view specially in the balcony (with the view of the city, the pool and the sky), there is also a convenience store at the basement. The sunrise view in the bedroom when you wake up is superb!!!
