Excellent location, close to Venus beach, very good, with fine sand and gradual entry into the sea, many restaurants nearby. Finally, we had a room with a large terrace, on the upper floor, with a breathtaking view. We appreciated the easy access, collecting the key from the reception. The building has 3 elevators.

Unfortunately the facilities are disappointing, the rooms are not renovated, with outdated equipment and furniture. When we arrived, in the apartment initially booked, the air conditioner was not working. We wasted precious time phoned the contact person, sending pictures and a video on WhatsApp, waiting for the service to find the fault, and finally to temporarily bring a mobile air conditioner until the next day, when we changed apartments. These checks should have been made before our arrival. The services are poor; it means that the cleaning staff do not have standard procedures what to verify, so that when the guests arrive, everything to be in order and functional. What a pity for a great location!
