Relatively close (20 minutes by walk and train) to the Osaka station (one of the two main transportation hubs). The accommodation quality is okay given the low price.
The accommodator claims communication in English is possible. However, they messaged solely in Japanese which I had to translate. This was okay for basic communication but potentially bothersome in case of any problems. The AC takes a long time to cool down the room during hot days and the toilet is not eqipped with a bidet. The shower curtain was missing in the bathroom which was a slight inconvenience given the size of the bathroom. During night, you can here other residents flushing and showering so earplugs are recommended.

Not too far from Osaka (short train to osaka station)
Had all the basics, we spent 95% of our time out and about so we only needed a place to shower and sleep.
Im from UK where there's no AC so having it here was amazing too. Free WiFi, deep bath, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, owner leaves a little basket of necessities - razor, body puff ect.
Loved sleeping on a futon
Included is a picture of my shiny pokemon from inside the apartment (if approved)
Not so much didnt like but just to be aware of.
No microwave or fridge
No view (window opens up to a wall)
Not the most sound proof
