The room was tidy and had everything we needed. They offered us a breakfast that looked fab but as we had to be elsewhere sadly we had no time to eat. Paratha breakfast looked a winner and they weren’t stingy on toilet roll. Room was spotless.
Nothing to be honest. It’s lively outside weekends so be aware of that when staying but I’m use to IOW noise in mornings and dorset since a child it’s to be expected. As near a casino and shops if you don’t like fun outside nightlife don’t stay. Otherwise I enjoyed the place I slept fine and it was extremely well done. I loved the light up desk I was able to sit at and the extra side room for coffee was great. I was close to everything I needed so superb
Only thing if you can’t do stairs there’s no lift it’s 3 flights up and may be difficult if disabled as I struggle up stairs. Theres a handrail and it’s carpeted . Room has kettle but no hair dryer in economy but for us this room was great and better than usual economy and nice bedding too pretty and I love faux velvet throws on beds makes it snuggly.and the hosts rarely there but you can call them. Personally I like the fact they gave us privacy.
Just to say the bed is a 4ft one in economy so for us 5”7 5”6 we slept on our side the bed may be small for two people. I’m just under 9 stone so it was ok

Location and friendly host
Difficult to know how to claim breakfast. But I was there for work and therefore was leaving early in the morning

Located right on the High St, easy to walk through shops to Quay and all restaurants etc. Rooms are above the eating house which only serves breakfast and lunch and is closed in the evenings so the rooms are very quiet, the High St was very quiet at night and well lit, felt very safe. The room was large, warm , bed comfy with nice white linen , kettle, tea & coffee, TV, shower room was good, lots of hot water, shower gel/shampoo provided. The host Shipon was lovely, friendly, helpful and made us a lovely full english breakfast included in price, we could choose from the menu, it was a pleasant place to stay.
I struggled with the steep stairs but that is down to having bad knees , lots of luggage would be difficult but we only had one small bag.
NOT A DISLIKE... JUST A POINTER
The parking was in a nearby multi storey 24 hr car park, 2 minute walk, charges were reasonable, we arrived at 3.30pm and left at 10.30 the following morning, the charge was £ 8.90. Parking in Poole is a nightmare so this was a good option.

Very comfortable with everything needed for a short stay. Even though it is in a city centre location it was very quiet
Its not clear that this is above a cafe. Breakfast was included in our fee but there were no staff there in the morning!! We were looking forward to our breakfast to go (as it was advertised) but left for our onward journey hungry. There is nothing in the room to tell you about breakfast e.g what is available or what time it's served. Very disappointing

The room was comfortable and clean.
The Tv didn’t work the restaurant facilities were extremely dated like something from the 1970s.Security issue as they had a break in while I was staying here.Owner does not live on site.Any problems can’t contact him.

It was clean
There was no atmosphere. It took half an hour to find it. I had to ask an adjacent shopkeeper to help me to open the doors. I didn't realise it was on top of a shop. It was right next to Poole High St. It was more expensive than either of the Bournemouth East Cliff apartments I rented. It was overpriced and very basic. No staff were present. I was very disappointed..

Decent location for my needs.
Breakfast only served at 09:30am. It’s too late! Half the day is gone! Especially in winter time. It meant that I had to miss out in order to make the most of my trip.

the owners were very nice and accommodating even coming to my rescue when I couldn't open the door after hours. Even when it was entirely my fault. I found the accommodation to be pleasant and very well located in the centre of town. Plenty of power points in the room, lots of natural light. Breakfast was lovely too.
The staircase was a little tight for a full size suite case, also the sensor lights were to slow to turn on going up and down the stairs and the second floor landing was needless darkened by blacking out of a frosted window that was parallel to a room. Shower head was a little difficult to operate in a way I would have liked could only lower and raise it so far, water pressure was good to but this made my difficulties with operating the shower head worse.

Very central, so easy to find. Staff lovely, very helpful. All clean, large shower, excellent breakfast.
TV in room did not have a picture. Waiting to be fixed. Owner said it is like a radio, but I had no idea what was on.

Good location in the center. comfy bed, nice bathroom
We had trouble finding the guest house (we were looking for Papa's guest house but there is none, it's a room above a cafe). The entrance was through a coded door of the Papa's food hub (a cafe). Please tell people this on the site as it's very confusing when it's 10.30pm and you are trying to find your accommodation.

This is a little gem of a B&B. All of the Breakfast choices were delicious, the room looks exactly like the photos on Booking.com and the owner and his family were always pleasant and eager to help.
The location was perfect right in the middle of High St. With Banks, shops, supermarkets, Bus and Train station all with in a 10 minute walk or less.
Any parents with kids at Bournemouth University and accommodated at Corfe House? THIS is the place to stay! Easy 8 minute walk to Corfe.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean! Perfect location for quay and ferry port. Hosts were pleasant!
Didnt like being on the busy/noisy high street side, even though my booking clearly stated 'quiet view'requested. Luckily i had earplugs and a mask, so wasnt too bad. Didn't stay for breakfast as cafe downstairs didnt look clean and breakfast @ 10 am on a sunday was too late for me to catch the ferry, so i can't comment on the food.

Location very central and convenient but my taxi driver from the train station couldn't find it! It's facing a pedestrianised square which fooled him. The hosts came out to find me which was good. I think I could probably have walked it from the station, but I wasn't sure. Hosts lovely (verypatient), room very good, but a lot of noise outside in the square.
Noisy square outside, and it was very hot, so I wanted to keep the window open.

Room was comfy with everything you need. Had key codes to door and your room. Owners very friendly and breakfast really nice .
Slightly dated room with floor lifting . Shower head spraying everywhere.
No parking, but multi story parking 4 mins away but cost £30 for 2 days stay.

The location was very central. Very friendly owner and family. Bedding and towels were clean and crisp. Cooked breakfast was a bonus which set me up for the day.
There was a lot of noise from the High street but I'd read about this on other reviews

The room was very comfy, we had everything we needed and the towels smelt awesome!
Being right in the centre of town, it was very noisy during the night even with the windows closed and the seagulls were screeching all night long so I couldn’t sleep!
Also it wasn’t particularly easy to find. May have been helpful to have provided instructions on parking beforehand.
I felt a bit uneasy that we were alone in the building all night.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We had bottled water and toiletries in the room. Very comfy bed and although having a window over the Main Street , it was quite and we slept with the window open. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning . Very close to shops, bars, restaurants and not far to the quay.

The bathroom tiling and design.Powerful shower.(but needs a new head)
Excellent breakfast. A fan in the room. The windows had to be shut to keep out the noise of shouting in the street in the evening and the racket of the squawking dawn chorus of the seagulls that echoes off the walls of the street.
The floor was poorly laid and coming up in places, and a poor finish,
Extension cables round door jamb, ariel and extension cables messy. Bed too close to toilet door and toilet.
Breakfast didn't start till the cafe opened at 9.OO.
Overpriced for what you get.

The host was lovely and very helpful.
The room was very clean and comfortable and above a cafe, the host gives you the key code to enter the property and your room.
We Thoroughly enjoyed our full English breakfast
We were in room 2 which overlooked the high street.Didn’t sleep very well as it was very Noisy.
There’s no parking at the property so had to pay for parking which was quite expensive.

The property was perfect for our one night stay, just what we were looking for. It was close to shops, restaurants and pubs and very clean. Nice to have bottles of water in the room. When we arrived the cafe was closed but access was well explained and it was easy to get to our room.
The only little thing was we couldn’t get the sliding door closed for the bathroom, this didn’t cause us any issue but needs fixed. Room 2
