Las instalaciones del hotel me parecieron muy agradables y modernas. El lugar estaba limpio y dotado con lo necesario para la comodidad del huésped, lo cual hizo la estadía confortable. Además, la ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar del entorno. Se nota que el lugar tiene potencial para ofrecer una gran experiencia.
Sin embargo, la comunicación con los responsables del ingreso fue bastante lenta y todo se manejaba únicamente por WhatsApp, lo cual resultó poco práctico. También hubo protocolos excesivos que generaban incomodidad, como tomarle foto al carro cada vez que se entraba o salía, verificar nombres y manillas constantemente, y aplicar cobros altos por detalles como perder la tarjeta de acceso ($80.000) o dañar una manilla ($10.000).
