Das Epona liegt mitten im Zentrum, nahe an der Kathedrale und dem Markt. Ein großer privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. 2024 wurde das Hotel komplett renoviert und umgestaltet.
Leider steht kein Gepäckwagen zur Verfügung, um die Koffer vom Parkplatz ins Hotel zu bringen. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank und die Steckdosen sind denkbar ungünstig angebracht ( tief unter den fest montierten Nachttischablagen). Leider weder Handcrem noch Körperlotion im Bad.
