Ample family space, nice and renovated, great screened in porch with a good view. Loved the included nice beach equipment. Kids loved the boogie boards.
Door to master bedroom is awkward. There should be more trash bags included. A four wheeled wagon would be a little easier than the included cart to take things to the beach. A binder with info on the property, check out instructions, etc would be nice to leave in the property as I could not find checkout instructions.

Walkways to beach held stagnant water that you had to walk through to get to the beach.
