Comfortable apartment, had everything I needed for my stay. TV connects to Netflix and there's a hairdryer and a washing machine in the apartment if needed. Plenty of on street parking close by if you have a car and you're close to X-Sur Centro Comercial for shops, restaurants, barbers and a nail bar. There's also a small bar and shop round the corner on Calle Asturias.
Apartment is on the 11th floor accessible by 2 lifts and some steps, this didn't bother me but something for others to be aware of.
The balcony doesn't get much sun.

Perfecte communicatie, korte lijnen. Fijn appartement die alle faciliteiten bevatten die nodig zijn. Fijn zwembad waar je gebruik van kon maken. Lekker balkon met ligbedjes.
Het "verwarmde" zwembad, vonden wij behoorlijk fris.

Tolle erhöhte Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Adeje und das Meer von der grossen Terrasse aus. Geräumiges Appartement mit sep. Schlafzimmer. Es ist alles vorhanden für Selbstversorgung etc. Ruhiger und sicherer Appartementkomplex mit zwei leicht geheizten schönen Pools. Zu dem Preis, welchen wir bezahlt haben, hat alles gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Kontakt Anthony war sehr freundlich und immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Die Kaution von EUR 300.- etwas umständlich über Banküberweisung im Voraus zu zahlen erhielten wir nach den Ferien wieder zurück.
Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich schön und geräumig. Im Detail zeigen sich doch einzelne Mängel z.B. Kochherd billig und abgenutzt, Drehknöpfe Stufe nicht mehr ablesbar, Küchenutensilien schmuddelig, etc. Diese Mängel hatten wir aber auch in anderen ähnlichen Appartements in Teneriffa. Leider wird bei der Küche etc. nicht sonderlich Wert auf Sauberkeit und Funktion gelegt. Wie gesagt für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau.
