Bon emplacement, à deux pas de la place Jean Jaurès
Escalier d'accès vétuste et mal éclairé, salle de bain exigue avec douche juchée sur promontoire de + de 30 cms...( dangerosité signalée à la propriétaire suite à ma chute au sortir de ladite douche)
