The property has amazing facilities, great collection of all things you would generally need when booking a house and the views were superb.
The hot tub at the property was a winner with my children and thoroughly enjoyed.
The estate itself is superb and was amazing for morning runs and walks.
The restaurants are great and the wine tasting is amazing.
The people were helpful and Penny was responsive!
The property is great but a few areas of improvement that I hope helps
1. Required deposit on booking was R15k but upon booking they required R24k. Just better comms in this would help.
2. House keeping is not included and had to be booked. Would be great to know about this but actually just add it in the price and make it inclusive. This is good for the guest but also for the upkeep of the property in the long run.
3. 4pm check in is a bit late. Maybe worth reconsidering 3pm.
