The owner was very nice and very helpful with excellent English, clean place, view of the pyramid from the balcony and roof top. Ideal for a group of 5-6 people.
No breakfast and it was a 15 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. However it did have a fully working kitchen to cook for yourself.
