Beautiful garden and grounds. We got to spot some unusual birds while having coffee with the river babbling in the background. It was very peaceful and about a 25min walk into Builth Wells to some lovely cafes, shops and pubs. Our youngest loved the trampoline and the oldest was very taken by the chickens.
There is no internal staircase which is not a problem as the site is very private and there are bathrooms on both floors, but it's worth knowing in advance for if you are using the living room sofa bed.

The location was lovely, some magnificent views just a short walk down the lane
The TV didn't have an aerial (Internet connected only) so was a little time consuming to set up.

The rare configuration of bedrooms and bathroom upstairs but stairs only on outside of property ! No internal access to the rooms .

very clean. Great location. A very quiet place to take break in fine countryside. Parking for two vehicles.
For those with mobility issues it is worth noting stairs and a bit of a walk into town.
