El costo beneficio es bastante bueno, una casa completa por el precio, en la casa pueden dormir al parecer desde 4 personas bien o hasta 6 personas y un poco apretado.
Esta un poco alejado de la zona turística, no esperen lujo por ese precio las altas calificaciones pueden dar la impresión de esperar un apartamento en una zona de lujo por un bajísimo precio, esta dentro de las colonias y hay algo de callejones y calles no pavimentadas por la zona y pasa mucho trailer y generan trafico, la casa esta en buenas condiciones solo la residencial esta un poco descuidada pero SI es segura la casa

Nos encanto la casa, todo en un solo lugar muy completa en todo, si buscan confort, tranquilidad y un buen espacio para descansar con tu familia el lugar es aquí. Hay muchos lugares cercanos para comer, farmacias, supermercado al costado de la calle.
