Apartamento con vistas al mar, piscina y wifi

The flat is located on the second floor of a residential complex with a pool and elevator access, which is convenient. The location is very good: just a 5-minute walk to the lively beach promenade, yet situated in a second row that feels a bit more removed from the busiest areas. There are various cafés, restaurants, shops, a shopping center, small parks and playgrounds nearby. Despite the central location, it was generally quiet, especially at night. It is also well connected to the motorway, making it easy to explore both the north and south of the island. The apartment is about a 30-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport. Additionally, the Basilica of Candelaria and the protected hiking area Malpaís de Güímar are located just a few kilometers away, offering great options for sightseeing and outdoor activities. The apartment is functionally laid out, with a combined living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. It includes a large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is sufficient seating inside, and the balcony—with partial sea views—offers a nice place to sit. The internet connection was generally reliable, allowing for smooth browsing and streaming. The water temperature in both the kitchen and bathroom was consistent. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and worked smoothly with the help of translation tools. A private underground parking space is included, which can be helpful, as street parking is often quite busy. Overall, a well-located apartment with practical amenities, suitable for a comfortable stay in Tenerife.

A few additional notes: The sea view is somewhat limited due to palm trees partially obstructing the balcony view. The photos of the bedroom and bathroom appear to be slightly outdated and some details differ from the current setup. The bed (frame and slatted base) took a little getting used to, and both the mattress and the sofa bed felt somewhat worn. The bathroom is a bit older, which in itself was not an issue, although the storage options differ a bit from what is shown in the photos. Some of the grout, especially around the sink, bathtub, and toilet, shows signs of wear, and there were minor mildew spots along the edge of the bathtub. But minor wear in furniture and bathroom fittings did not significantly affect our stay.

El alojamiento estaba limpio, estaba muy bien equipado y a 2 minutos de la playa.

Seria un detalle dejar algo para desayunar, por ejemplo un paquetito de cafe.

Apartamento limpio, con vistas al mar, muy bien equipado, con plaza de garaje amplia en el edificio. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Hay supermercados cerca, un parque infantil muy bueno, y el paseo marítimo con restaurantes está a una manzana. La playa de al lado es de piedrecitas.

Lo único que destacaría son los colchones de la cama y del sofá cama, se notan algo desgastados.

La cama y las almohadas eran de muy buena calidad. Tiene plaza de garaje. Cocina muy equipada. Y muy limpio. Balcón con vistas al mar y en muy buena zona.

No tiene persianas y entra bastante luz
