It suited our needs perfectly and was in an excellent location. The instructions for access were very clear.
Communication with the host was also answered in a timely fashion.

Close proximity to Sonoma Bakery, Messina, Assembly Bar, Bentspoke Brewing and casual restaurants in Braddon was great can walk everywhere.
Parking was a bit confusing, you need to have your car on the sensor then hit the button. Not very well described despite a YouTube video being sent also.
Bed was also very firm for my preference

Location is very good.
Unit is functional & comfortable.
Didn't realise that the accomodation was in a big building with hundreds of units.
TV outdated - not a smart TV
The place is getting tired - blinds, bathroom, TV.
Bed is small - Queen or King would be better
$$$$
