Perfect location and the large sunny terrace.

Apartment looking a bit tired. There is a hole on the top of the bath covered up by a plastic flower. Although a great size the terrace is quite dirty and covered in dust. The glass and handrail not been cleaned for a long time.the fridge door sticks and there's a good chance for it to be left open without realising.

Think twice before booking! The temperature of the shower was uncontrollable, with the bathtub shower not only having temperature control issues it also had very weak water pressure. The sliding bathroom door gets stuck and can jam shut, while sewage smells occasionally come from the bathroom. The AC is shared throughout the property, so rooms cannot be adjusted individually. A new building directly in front has significantly restricted the harbour/sea view. The balcony and furniture were dirtier than expected. Basic supplies were missing, including soap, dishwashing liquid, dish brush, shoehorn and spices etc. There is no private parking, and finding parking nearby is extremely difficult. The alternative was a garage costing around €30 per day, quickly becoming a significant additional expense. There is no bicycle storage, forcing bikes upstairs through a tiny, slow elevator, which is also frustrating with several people, luggage or shopping bags. The common areas regularly smell strongly of dogs. Neighbours complain unless it is basically completely quiet around 9-10 PM, making normal evening conversations on the balcony difficult. Meanwhile, their dogs bark from early morning until late in the evening, and nearby clubs and bars play loud music until 3 AM, which makes the noise complaints about guests feel very frustrating and hypocritical. Worst of all was the management. FILM AND PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING ON ARRIVAL! Our checkout time was changed late the evening before, forcing us to rearrange our final day. Despite this, the manager arrived before the newly agreed time appearing stressed and irritated with a lousy attitude. She also seemed determined to find every minor issue she could potentially charge us for. She then accused us, without providing any proof at all, of us being more than four guests and hosting parties. Neither claim is true. Both claims are simply ridiculous. Had I known all this beforehand, I would never have booked it.
