Very quiet neighborhood, pool was nice, beds very comfortable, A/C in all areas and worked well , washing machine, toilet in separate room, 7 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach
Very basic, no decoration, no balcony furniture, no wine glasses, no drying line, thin old towels
No TV in English
