A very cosy bolthole at an exceptional price for the area

The property is very centrally located not only within Kirkcaldy but also Fife...it is an ideal base whether for visiting friends and family or visiting tourist spots! The beds were exceptional and the bedding and towels immaculate and excellent hotel style quality. We had a few issues with wifi and the shower which were all addressed promptly

As many have said before it could do with a huge clear up outside the property as it lets it down...no dishtowels were provided and you might want to bring a bread knife with you.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the event we were there for. There was ample parking and the house was clean and spacious.

The property was in a good location.

The property wasn’t clean, we found dirty tissues in the bedroom, there was also dirty tissues down the side of the sofa. The plates and cutlery all had to be washed before using. The hedge out the front is out of control, we couldn’t get through the gate at the front as it’s so over grown and it also makes it dangerous for driving out onto the road, as it’s so overgrown you cannot see any oncoming traffic. No plug sockets or bedside lamps next to the beds. No mattress protectors on the beds.

Very basic property.

The beds were very comfortable and off road parking.

Ants in the rear bedroom which came into the hallway and bathroom. No hangers in the wardrobes so had to live out of the suitcases for 4 adults and a baby for 6 nights, ants getting in the cases which is disgusting. Very noisy road outside and near a hospital too so ambulances with sirens passing. No instructions for the heating system. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Only made one meal but couldn't open the rear door as no key, the kitchen window is way too high to reach to open. No tea towels in the kitchen, dirty utensils. The washing machine is good but no pegs or airer to dry anything. Theres a brush to swerp up but no dustpan to collect it up. The homemade table is breakfast bar height but normal dining chairs so not comfortable to eat at.

Had contacted landlord about hot water and heating he said it would not be fixed during our stay the

No Hot Water no Heating One half roll off toilet roll4 electric heaters in house so obviously he knew it would not be fixed as new heater boxes were in bin have spoke to him as he offered discount but have not been able to contact him since very poor service if had known would have cancelled stay

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Die großen Betten sind sehr bequem und kuschelig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Teens lieben die Couch mit Ausklappfunktion zum Chillen.

Es gibt einen sehr hohen Tisch und nur 3 Stühle- als 4 köpfige Familie hätten wir uns einen passenderen Esstisch+Stühle gewünscht.

Niente, è stato orribile

La casa era sporchissima,in ogni ambiente.Davanti la porta di ingresso e nel giardinetto antistante,sembrava una discarica!sul retro della casa,uno stato di abbandono con rifiuti abbandonati dentro e fuori l'abitazione;perfino scarti di cibo in frigorifero,dentro il forno,nel microonde,dentro i cassetti delle posate,in bagno schizzi di urina secca sul water.Abbiamo chiamato l'host che è arrivato subito e ,rendendosi conto che ciò che gli avevamo detto al telefono, appena arrivati,era vero,ci ha detto che ci avrebbe rimborsato.Erano le 22:30,eravamo stanchi,digiuno,con 2 bambini piccoli e le valigie, abbiamo speso una fortuna per trovare un altro alloggio , all'ultimo momento,sotto natale.L'host è sparito,rubandoci 1000 sterline,non risponde al telefono e Booking non ci ha garantito in alcun modo,se non chiamandolo una volta e,nn avendo ricevuto risposta,ha chiuso la faccenda dandoci un contentino di 160sterline! NON FATEVI DERUBARE DA QUESTO INDIVIDUO DISONESTO ,E SAPPIATE CHE BOOKING NON È UNA GARANZIA DALLE FRODI!!!
