Ich war vollauf zufrieden. Mein Flug hatte große Verspätung. Obwohl Check in nur bis 21:00, hat ein Mitarbeiter nach Telefonanruf bis 23:30 auf mich gewartet 😀👍🏻

The location is perfect, walking distance to the strip and the beach. It's nice and quiet and intimate. The breakfast was lovely and we were able to make our requests in advance and even confirm a time. It was very convenient and cooked to perfection! Very grateful to the team, a lovely family, for great customer service and care, even before we arrived. They communicated with us to ensure all needs were met and keeping us well informed of all preparation needed. The room was clean and good space. The pool was lovely, also has a deep end, which allows for actual swimming (laps), not just chilling.

The WIFI sometimes cut out if you weren't using the phone, but otherwise no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and would have stayed longer if time allowed.
