Everything was good except the pool cannot be heated even though it says on the description it does.

That the description says the pool can be heated but it cannot. Also a BBQ grill was not available.

The house is very large and would be ideal for multiple families, as there are several ensuites. The location is exactly where we like to be. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and the appliances are in very good shape. There was plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans.

After we settled in we noticed 2 DVD players in the living room along with several dvds. They were plugged in but not connected to the tv. Though THEY DO NOT advertise a dvd player, we asked about it and were told someone would take care of it. A couple days later the heat was not working. It was cold for FL (46 degrees and rainy) so we set the thermostat to 72 heat and nothing but cold air blew out. I contacted them about it and the following day they did send someone. If we have ever encountered an issue at another villa (once the alarm on the door to the pool wouldn't turn off), we've never waited more than 30 minutes.-- that is great customer service. After fixing the heat the tech tried to hook up the dvd player without success. This was really not a big deal, as like I said, it was not advertised but it was then 5 days into the vacation that the owner remarked about it not being offered. They should have just said "No, it is not offered, we don't know why they are sitting there" on day one and we would not have expected anything. Also, we could not find a single pot holder and there seemed to be very few washcloths. Luckily, WalMart is very close so we just went and purchased some. One of the things we always look for in a vacation rental is a games room. We enjoy playing pool as a family because it is not something we do at home. All 4 pool cues were broken/taped together and the table itself was propped up on cardboard to try to level it off.--not impressed.
