Bright, modern and spacious place with plenty of room for our family of 4. Futuristic, keyless entry. Must be good with technology to appreciate. Short rides to Poligniano al Mare which has a beautiful view and if you like to dress up to go to dinner and the beautiful beaches of Capitolo! Ample free parking.

Check-in procedure is pensive and you need an Italian cell phone number to receive a text code to complete the check-in process. Pressure to leave exactly by 10am or face a €50 fine, as written on the back of the front door. Having to take all our refuse and bottles out with us to dump in a bin below as instructed, but there were no bins in sight. We had to pack it in our car and drive all over to find a place to dispose of it. We felt nestled in an industrial area: definitely need a car. The shower looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and didn’t drain well.

Basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più per rendere l'esperienza perfetta. Ad esempio divano letto non molto comodo, mancano le tende in casa ed uno specchio per chi alloggia in salone. Anche qualche luce da comodino sarebbe apprezzata per evitare di accendere i lampadari anche di sera/notte. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Buona la posizione ed il terrazzo

Il filtro dell'aria condizionata era sporco, nel cassetto sotto il letto c'erano della.lampadine rotte molto pericolose per i bambini, non è stata fornita spugnetta cucina, scopa o mocio per pavimenti, forniti solo due bicchieri per 2 persone ed un bambino, nessuna presenza di uno strumento per poter appendere ed asciugare i panni, lo scarico della doccia eta parzialmente ostruito ed emanava un cattivo odore.
