L’emplacement, l’habitation en elle-même, un très bon accueil et communication

L'emplacement du chalet avec une jolie vue qui va bientôt être gâchée par la construction d'un chalet en face.
- Un canapé peu confortable dans une des 3 chambres alors que un lit était annoncé.
- le canapé du salon griffé par des chiens et non recouvert.
- la distance du chalet pour se rendre au centre ville et aux remontées mécaniques avec les équipements à pieds!!!!!
- annonce d'un sauna lors de notre réservation qui n'a jamais fonctionné malgré nos demandes.
- chauffage non réglable et étouffant durant tout le séjour.
