Easy to get to anywhere downtown. Pretty clean.

Instructions on how to get to the building were absolutely terrible. It was so HOT in the whole apartment. We tried so many times trying to put the temp down but it wouldn't work. We were only staying for a short amount of time so we didn't bother trying to contact anyone to fix it. Had we stayed longer than one night it would've been bothersome.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

They gave us just one key card for a group of four. It is not possible to enter the building without the key. It is a plastic card, but they couldn’t provide another one and the fine in case of loss is U$90.00. They send you several messages asking if you are checking out on time and informing that in case of delay they will charge for each hour (the list of fines are very extensive). The check out time and fines are repeatedly informed. It is disturbing to receive several messages about the same issue. I think a regular hotel room instead of the apartment would have brought us more piece of mind during our holidays.
